High Flight Academy's participation in social media is designed to raise awareness about our flight school, engage with our clients, and improve our services. We provide useful, accurate and educational information. High Flight Academy adheres to industry regulations in order to protect our customers and ensure their privacy.

Any information you provide to us via social media or our website will solely be used to answer your questions and provide information about our flight school. We will never provide your information to any other party.

While we encourage honest and open conversations, we must moderate postings that are outside of our terms. For your protection, please refrain from posting:

• personally identifiable information (including home addresses, phone numbers, etc.)
• profanity, threats, hateful language, obscenity, graphic language
• copyright violations or use of others' intellectual property
• illegal activity or posts encouraging illegal activity
• SPAM, advertising, solicitations or endorsements for other companies, products or agencies
• material intended to harm, deceive or collect information from other users
• information from or about users under the age of 13
• anything not in compliance with real estate rules and regulations

Any comments violating these terms, or otherwise deemed inappropriate, will be deleted. Anyone in violation of these terms will be banned from the page and/or reported to the social media network. High Flight Academy does not endorse any messaging other than our own posts, and is only responsible for the accuracy of our own posts.

Please note that by posting comments, posts, tagged photos, videos, ideas, or any other content on any High Flight Academy social media property, you are granting High Flight Academy nonexclusive, worldwide rights to republish, redistribute, or otherwise use this content and your social media handle or username in perpetuity in any way we see fit. This includes, but is not limited to, use in marketing and advertising materials.

Please ensure that your interactions with High Flight Academy on social media are in compliance with each platform's rules and standards.

High Flight Academy will never ask you to disclose personal information via social media. Instead, we will direct you to call us at (724) 481-1359. If anyone claiming to be a High Flight Academy representative asks you to disclose personal information via social media, other than in a private message, please report the incident to (724) 481-1359.

Please be aware that High Flight Academy's social media is only monitored during business hours Monday through Friday. We do our best to respond quickly, but if you are in need of immediate assistance, or if you have a personal question to discuss, please call us at (724) 481-1359, come to our office, or contact one of our staff members directly.

High Flight Academy's social media sites are not intended for use by, and are not directed toward, children under the age of 13. If High Flight Academy becomes aware that it has collected information for children under the age of 13, the information will be immediately deleted.
